Q: A firewall is blocking the outgoing connections to the trading server. What should I do?
A: One possible cause is that your firewall is blocking connections to the trading server, as a result the application cannot retrieve any data. You will see also a red square near the Trading word on the bottom toolbar.
First you could try disabling the firewall and reload the application as it should work , after, if the connection to the trading server was succesful, you need to add an exception rule to your firewall for NetStation application.
