This behavior is usually caused by proxy servers. Therefore is recommended to configure your browser for "Direct Connection". Another solution would be to switch the communication protocol in ChartStation/FinanceChart/NetStation to Polling: ChartStation --> Settings --> Protocol --> Polling.
